This site collects information in three places: the enquiry form on the Start a Conversation page, the sign-up for the AI-Native CTO Briefing, and the request form for the Technical Excellence field guide.

Enquiry details are used to respond to your message and to assess whether an engagement makes sense. Briefing details are used to send the newsletter, and you can unsubscribe from any edition. Field guide requests are kept so I can follow up about the guide; they do not sign you up to the newsletter.

The site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are useful. It sets analytics cookies only if you accept them in the banner; until then it runs in Google’s consent mode and stores nothing on your device. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. No advertising cookies are used.

The site is monitored with SigNoz, which records how its pages and forms perform and when something fails, so faults can be fixed quickly. It sets no cookies, and it never records what you type into a form.

Information is not sold, and it is not shared beyond the services used to deliver email, to keep contact records, to measure use of the site and to monitor it. [CONFIRM THE PROCESSORS AND RETENTION PERIOD.]
